Glenn Medioni Architecture is first of all a multidisciplinary team, where each member enhances the projects thanks to his knowledge and experience.
With interior designers, a HMO Architect, a graphic designer , a work conductor , the studio renovates private places working with professionals wanting to create a unique and special place.

.Each project is the result of a sharp collaboration between the client and the project manager, the skilled workmen and the service providers. The studio assures you a well led project, presenting you the sketches, the 3D, the technical plans and the details budget of your project, before the beginning of the building work.

YOUR PROJECT

The project can be divided in 3 steps :

The Rough Before Project : feasibility study of the project, fitting, presentation visuals, (sketches, 3D)

The Detailed Before Project : Production of the technical plans necessary to realise the work.

Following of the Construction Site : written documents, payment mandate, leading, coordination, direction of execution.
